Before starting the project, I realized the importance of having a portfolio in today’s digital world. A portfolio is not just a website; it is a powerful personal branding tool that showcases skills, projects, and achievements. I wanted to stand out when applying for internships by showing real work instead of only listing qualifications. This motivated me to apply everything I had learned in my studies and create something practical that could demonstrate my abilities and creativity.

During the development process, I learned how to set up a website from the beginning, including choosing a web host, registering a domain, and installing WordPress. At first, the WordPress dashboard felt overwhelming, but through exploration and practice, I gradually understood how everything works together. I used themes and the Elementor plugin to design my pages, allowing me to create a clean, modern, and user-friendly website with essential sections such as Home, About, Portfolio, and Contact.

However, the journey was not easy, as I faced several challenges along the way. I struggled with responsive design, layout issues on mobile devices, and technical errors that affected the website’s functionality. Instead of giving up, I learned how to solve problems by researching, testing different solutions, and improving my design choices. These challenges helped me develop patience, critical thinking, and stronger problem-solving skills, which are essential in the IT field.
